What to do if the app crashes/freezes?

In the case of the app crashing or freezing, please follow the steps below:

  1. Restart your device > open Bazaart and check if the issue continues to happen.

  2. Tap this link to clear the cache.

  3. Please make sure you are running the latest app version.

  4. Make sure you have enough memory on your device. 

If it's not solved, please send us a video - It's super easy to screen-record

Do not delete the app, as this will result in your projects being permanently erased.
